Hi. Me and my team started like .. 2 weeks ago with our (Belgian) Clan wich is going for the top of COD4/COD5 and CS:1.6.

If you have a webserver with PhP and MySQL, then use a CMS.

I suggest e107. (www.e107.org) It's simple, powerful, and effective.
You can design your own themes and run the entire website through a point-and-click admin control panel.
